Pretty solid product overall. The corner gusset itself feels very sturdy and the powder coating is done really well. The finish looks clean and should hold up pretty good in the truck bed
Installation was also fairly easy, took me around 5-10 minutes. No major modifications needed.

The biggest issue is actually the included hardware. It looks like they used more or less universal hardware instead of hardware specifically sized for the Tacoma bed rail. Because of that, getting everything lined up during installation can be a little frustrating. Even after it's installed, there is still some gap between the hardware and the rail. Tightening the screws down helps alot, but it's not a perfect fit.

Also, **check your truck before buying**. If you have certain types of tonneau covers installed, they may interfere with this and make installation impossible. And your Tacoma needs to have the factory bed rail system for this to work. If your truck doesn't have the rails, this won't install.

This Bed Rail Corner Gusset has a nice, even powder-coated finish and installed without any issues. The bracket is functional and should handle typical tie-down duties without any problems.

The material is a little thinner than I expected, and I think the design would benefit from a second attachment point at each bed rail to provide additional rigidity.

One side note for third-generation Toyota Tacoma owners who have added the optional third bed rail: this bracket will not fit that setup. The fourth-generation Tacoma uses a deeper bed rail with a different offset, so compatibility isn't the same between the two designs.

Picked up these bed rail corner gusset brackets for my Tundra, and they installed without any issues. They mount up cleanly into the corners of the bed rail system and feel solid once bolted down. These are easy to install and add a convenient higher tie down point at the front of the truck bed. I have a tonneau cover on my 2026 Tacoma SR5 and you can see in the pics that I basically installed these over the clamps for that.

Not what they intended I'm sure but works just fine. Easy to install and don't take up any space while adding more utility to the truck bed. Definitely not an essential upgrade but if you camp a lot like I do or use it for work this is handy.
