It's a solid replacement/upgrade tow hook that appears well-made for the price. It's nice as sturdy as the factory ARB hooks, as expected for the price, so I would use these for looks only.

Fit and Quality:
The hook is constructed from thick, heavy-duty aluminum with a red powder-coated finish. It lined up perfectly with the factory mounting points on a 2025 Tacoma. Installation was straightforward for anyone with basic tools -- just bolt it in place.

It feels very strong and but I wouldn't use it for recovery or light towing duties. The threaded end is cleanly machined for easy attachment of recovery straps or hooks.

Minor Drawback:
The coating is decent but not as thick or premium-looking as some OEM-style hooks I've seen.

Overall, this is a affordable front tow hook that does exactly what it's supposed to do. Great addition for Tacoma owners who want a visual recovery point without spending dealer prices.

These front towhooks perfectly fit my 2024 Tacoma and were extremely easy to install! Simply use a 17 MM socket and remove the factory front hooks and install these with the factory bolts. These hooks are made of a very high quality anodized Aluminum so they will not rust and appear very muscular and sturdy. Very similar to the OEM TRD red hooks with the same high quality feel and finishes, at a much higher value for the cost.

I recommend using an impact driver or a longer breaker bar to remove the OEM tow bolts as mine were on there extremely tight. I did not use a torque wrench to reinstall these just did as hand tight as I could

These are good looking tow hook brackets. They're made very well and they look good once they're installed. Installation was pretty easy. The removal of four bolts was simple and basically, you're using the same bolts to install these securely. Other than that, they're made very well. They're machined out of a very tough aluminum block. They're machined and milled perfectly. There are no machining marks or oddities about them. The anodizing is very clean and bright as well. As for the mounting holes, they align perfectly for the bolts to pass through easily for mounting. Overall, this makes your front end of your 4Runner look different and customized. They're made perfectly and add a bit of styling which makes them well worth it.

I ordered these for my 2025 4runner and they definitely are an upgrade from the factory tow hooks. Appearance wise, the red really pops without looking like a firetruck hook. It's more of a satin metallic red.
They also are considerably lighter than the factory hooks.
Installation was a breeze and you just use the factory bolts. It took me 5 minutes to put them on.
For the money, these hooks are a great value.

These are a nice looking well made tow hooks. The anodized aluminum should look good for a long time. They do not come with mounting hardware so use your existing stuff if you have it.
